The Skinniest House in NY

It’s a skinny house — with a fat price tag.

A New York City town house is on the market — with an asking price of $4.3 million.

It’s called the “skinniest” house in the city, just 9 1/2 feet wide.

It was built in the 1870s and has been owned by a number of notables over the years, include Cary Grant.

The three-story, 990-square foot house has three-bedrooms, four fireplaces and a lush back yard.
